Welcome to Purple Demand! We’re always on the lookout for bright sparks who want to join an established business with an excellent reputation among blue chip IT clients.
We thrive on happy, energised and motivated people, all in it together, encouraging and supporting each other.
Work from home, the office, or both at times that take account of home responsibilities (e.g. late starts or breaking off during the day).
We have a fantastic base nestled away in West Yorkshire (with free parking and only 2 minutes from the station and local shops), but geography won’t be an issue if you need to work from home.
It’s essential to us that you’re confident in your work and feel part of the team. Even if home working we encourage you to attend in-person training and familiarisation, for which we’ll put you up in a boutique hotel.
We hold company-wide summer and Christmas party events, so that everyone gets a chance to socialise. And we operate a ‘person of the month’ award.
There’s something to be said about enjoying the place and people you work with; I can’t say I have ever been happier or more settled in any other company. I work with people I genuinely care about and who care about me.
I feel supported both professionally and personally and have been able develop and progress my career – persistence pays off!
From the first moment I stepped into the office I was made to feel welcome. Everyone has been so helpful and kind. The atmosphere is great and there is always time for a laugh or a quick chat.
I never felt lost or thrown into the deep end. No day is the same and the team vibe makes sure everyone stays motivated and enthusiastic.
For me personally it is a big plus that the company is flexible and that they care for each individual working there and take personal circumstances into consideration.
I can honestly say joining Purple was the best move I ever made. The people are a joy to work with and it is all one big happy team.
The job itself is very straightforward and easy to pick up, whether you are from a sales background or not. There is plenty of support and ongoing training.
All I can say is do yourself a favour and apply, you will never look back.
